Job summary

Amazon's Worldwide Grocery Stores (WWGS) Inventory Management Team seeks Instock Managers and Demand Planners to optimize product availability and drive efficient supply chains. You will analyze data, forecast demand, and collaborate across Category, Operations, Supply Chain, and Finance to implement scalable, automated improvements.

Responsibilities include improving forecast accuracy, leading cross-functional initiatives, and creating dashboards to track inventory performance.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in supply chain, inventory management, or project management.

Responsibilities

• Manage inventory availability and health through buying strategies, forecast accuracy, and shrink reduction.
• Develop demand forecasts by analyzing sales trends, seasonality, and promotions.
• Collaborate with internal teams to build tools, automation, and process improvements affecting purchasing and vendor management.
• Monitor forecast accuracy and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• Identify supply-demand imbalances and implement corrective actions.
• Create reports and dashboards to communicate inventory performance and KPIs.
