Job summary

Amazon.com Services LLC in Chicago is seeking an Instock Manager to lead inventory management and demand planning for WWGS categories. You will analyze data, optimize stock levels, and partner with Operations, Category, Finance and Product teams to drive automation and improvements.

We expect 2+ years in supply chain or inventory management, strong Excel skills, and experience with forecasting. Occasional travel to fulfillment centers may be required.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in supply chain, inventory management or project management.
• 2+ years of Excel experience.
• Experience using data analysis, reporting and forecasting to guide decisions.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in business, operations, logistics or related field.

Responsibilities

• Manage inventory availability and health through buying strategies and forecast accuracy.
• Develop and maintain accurate demand forecasts for product categories.
• Create tools and automate workflows affecting purchasing and vendor management.
• Identify supply-demand imbalances and implement corrective actions.
• Produce reports and dashboards to communicate inventory performance.
