Job summary

Tundra Technical Solutions seeks a Financial Consultant to join our growing financial services team supporting institutional retirement plan participants, including universities, healthcare organizations and other institutions.

This is a relationship-driven role where you'll meet clients in person, over the phone, and virtually to provide personalized guidance on retirement planning, investments, taxes, and wealth management, with travel expected in the assigned territory.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of financial services experience.
• 5+ years preferred.
• Series 7 required.
• Series 63/66 required.
• Life & Health Insurance License required within 120 days.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Financial planning, retirement, investment, or wealth management experience.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Comfortable presenting financial concepts to individuals and groups.
• Willingness to travel throughout the assigned territory.

Responsibilities

• Manage and develop an established book of business.
• Meet with retirement plan participants at universities, healthcare organizations, and other institutions.
• Provide guidance on retirement planning, investments, tax strategies, and financial planning.
• Educate clients on mutual funds, annuities, IRAs, 529 plans, 403(b) plans, banking products, life insurance, and other solutions.
• Identify opportunities to deepen relationships and grow additional assets.
• Provide exceptional client service and support account transactions.
• Build relationships with institutional clients and plan sponsors.
• Collaborate with internal teams to deliver financial solutions.
