Job summary

Qualifications

• University (Degree) Preferred.
• 3+ years financial services experience required; 5+ years preferred.
• Series 7 and 63 completed within 120 days of start date.
• Life and Health Insurance License required within 120 days of start date.

Responsibilities

• Counsels participants on pension plans, tax deferred annuities and investment options to help clients retain and increase assets.
• Educates and facilitates product purchases (retail mutual funds, annuities, IRAs, 529 and 403b, bank products, life insurance).
• Interacts with retirement plan participants to provide exceptional service and execute requests.
• Uses tax and investment strategy knowledge to tailor financial advice to clients' needs.
• Collaborates with internal teams to support products and initiatives.
• Builds strong relationships with Institutional Plan Sponsors.
