Job summary

Tundra Technical Solutions is seeking a Financial Consultant to join our growing financial services team supporting participants of institutional retirement plans, including healthcare and higher education organizations.

This is a relationship-driven role where you'll meet with clients in person, over the phone, and virtually to provide personalized financial guidance and help them work toward their short- and long-term goals.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of financial services experience required.
• 5+ years preferred.
• Series 7 required.
• Series 63/66 required.
• Life & Health Insurance License required within 120 days.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Financial planning, retirement, investment, or wealth management experience.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Comfortable presenting financial concepts to individuals and groups.
• Willingness to travel throughout the assigned territory.

Responsibilities

• Manage and develop an established book of business.
• Meet with retirement plan participants at universities, healthcare organizations, and other institutions.
• Provide guidance on retirement planning, investments, tax strategies, and financial planning.
• Educate clients on mutual funds, annuities, IRAs, 529 plans, 403(b) plans, banking products, life insurance, and other solutions.
• Identify opportunities to deepen relationships and grow additional assets.
• Provide exceptional client service and support account transactions.
• Build relationships with institutional clients and plan sponsors.
• Collaborate with internal teams to deliver financial solutions.
