Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, statistics or a social sciences field.
• Three years of full-time or equivalent work experience involving complex data analysis.
• Two years of full-time or equivalent experience analyzing and compiling interpretive reports from institutional and external data sources.
• Experience presenting information and data analysis in a concise, logical and understandable format.

Responsibilities

• Assists with developing, administering, and conducting research and evaluation studies; writes reports.
• Organizes, analyzes, and presents institutional data related to resources, staffing, and learning outcomes.
• Analyzes data, writes reports, and provides recommendations for program development, instruction, policy, development, and strategic planning.
• Creates standard reports for items on the Office’s Research Agenda and other reports to improve institutional effectiveness planning.
• Fulfills ad-hoc data requests and reporting requirements.
• Prepares and delivers written and oral presentations summarizing research data, findings, and recommendations.
• Analyses information to develop and evaluate options and implement solutions.
• Develops questionnaires, web-based surveys and sampling strategies to produce reliable data.
• Applies knowledge of complex mathematical and statistical computations to produce quantitative and qualitative data analysis.
• Interacts with college community and external constituencies.
• Serves on standing committees as needed.
• Contributes to the College Vision, Mission, Values, and RISE statement.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
