Qualifications

• Proficiency in statistical analysis software and MS Office (Excel/Word).
• Ability to learn new systems quickly and communicate effectively.
• Experience in higher education and NCCCS familiarity is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist in planning activities and documenting college progress.
• Develop an annual Institutional Effectiveness Plan.
• Collect data for planning, program review, and accreditation processes.
• Create standard reports such as the College Fact Book.
• Maintain the Institutional Research and Planning Office webpage.
• Respond to ad-hoc data requests and coordinate data reporting.
• Coordinate data collection and reporting for IPEDS and SACS.
