Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with coursework in quantitative analysis, databases, or data science.
• Three years of professional data analysis, reporting, or research experience.
• Proficiency in SQL to develop, troubleshoot, and validate relational queries.
• Strong Excel skills for data analysis, validation, and reporting.
• Experience with Tableau or similar BI tools for dashboards and visualizations.
• Ability to validate data, identify discrepancies, and ensure accuracy before reporting.

Responsibilities

• Extract and clean institutional data from various sources and develop reproducible workflows.
• Prepare and submit reports to federal/state agencies and accreditation bodies.
• Respond to ad hoc data requests from leadership and departments.
• Conduct semester analyses on retention, enrollment, and graduation outcomes.
• Support accreditation, program review, grants, and strategic planning with data insights.
• Assist with surveys using SurveyMonkey and maintain data documentation.
• Develop and maintain SQL queries and data pipelines for IRP reporting and grants.
• Collaborate with departments to clarify data needs and ensure data quality.
