Job summary

Springfield is seeking an Institutional Research Analyst under the Director of Institutional Research to gather data, prepare reports, analyze statistics, and manage institutional data and technologies in support of research, planning, and evaluation activities. Responsibilities include coordinating external data reporting (IPEDS, U.S.

News & World Report, CDS), building data files, ensuring data accuracy, and delivering timely dashboards and tables using Excel and Tableau.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in data analytics, statistics, social sciences, education, business, or related field.
• Experience with data reporting for institutional research or planning.
• Strong analytical, technical, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate external data reporting (IPEDS, US News & World Report, CDS) and prepare data files.
• Develop reports, tables, charts, and visualizations for the Fact Book and ad-hoc requests.
• Manage ERP data extraction, data accuracy, and data submissions with stakeholders.
• Program surveys in Qualtrics and analyze survey data for institutional metrics.
• Support data visualization and office technologies using Excel and Tableau.
