Job summary

Chainlink Labs is hiring an Institutional Relations Lead to build a new, senior contributor function that shapes how institutions hear Chainlink's story. You will own the analyst narrative, develop content, and drive engagements with asset managers, fintech funds, and sovereign institutions.

The role focuses on creating institutional-grade research, translating on-chain economics into credible narratives, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure accurate positioning.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in investor relations, institutional research, investment banking, equity sales, or capital-markets roles.
• Experience engaging with sell-side equity research analysts.
• Excellent written communication for institutional content.
• Understanding of how institutional investment decisions are made.
• Familiarity with digital assets, blockchain tech, and token economics.

Responsibilities

• Build and manage a structured sell-side analyst coverage program.
• Create institutional-grade research content (white papers, explainers, newsletters).
• Engage with institutional investors and maintain CRM of contacts.
• Coordinate with product, economics, and legal for accurate, approved content.
