Qualifications

• 5+ years in IR, institutional research, or capital-markets roles.
• Experience engaging with sell-side equity research analysts.
• Exceptional written communication for institutional-grade content.
• Understanding of how institutional investment decisions are made and sell-side influence.
• Fluency in digital assets, blockchain, and token economics.
• Existing relationships with sell-side analysts covering crypto/fintech or digital assets.
• Ability to build a function from scratch within a globally distributed organisation.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage a structured Analyst Relations coverage program for sell-side research.
• Serve as primary liaison between Chainlink Labs and the analyst community.
• Brief analysts on major announcements, protocol upgrades, and partnerships.
• Create institutional-grade content: white papers, briefs, and investor presentations.
• Build and maintain a CRM of qualified institutional contacts and coordinate with PR for media opportunities.
