Job summary

LayerZero Labs is seeking a Vertical Marketing Manager – Institutions in New York to create content and campaigns for banks, asset managers, fintechs, and other enterprise audiences. You will distill complex blockchain capabilities into persuasive, ROI-focused material for decision-makers and work with BD and IR to tailor assets for every sales stage.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in product marketing, content marketing, or sales enablement with a focus on institutional finance, fintech, or crypto strongly preferred.
• Ability to produce high-quality, multi-format content for technical or regulated audiences.
• Exceptional writing skills, able to craft content that is precise, credible, and persuasive for C-suite and technical decision-makers.

Responsibilities

• Produce best-in-class institutional content (case studies, research reports, decks, whitepapers, and enablement materials) tailored for banks, asset managers, fintechs, and other institutional stakeholders.
• Be the voice of institutional audiences and plan targeted marketing initiatives and data-driven reports.
• Collaborate with BD and IR to ensure assets support every stage of the sales cycle and test content in the funnel.
• Plan and support LayerZero’s participation in key events, roundtables, and forums that drive institutional conversations both online and in person.
• Be obsessed with data and back claims with real-world usage data, industry benchmarks, and credible sources.
• Measure impact and iterate by tracking asset usage, campaign performance, and content engagement, testing new channels.
