Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma required for entry into postal, courier, or delivery operations.
• Substitution: an associate degree or higher with one year supervisory experience may be accepted.
• Supervisory experience preferred where stated.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate mail delivery, pickup, and sorting for the institution.
• Coordinate USPS and UPS packages to the institutional property officer.
• Inspect mail for contraband.
• Maintain policies and records related to mail and money instruments.
• Plan daily work schedule and ensure training is up to date.
