Job summary

Working in a hybrid environment, you will partner with development officers and cross-functional teams to manage the full lifecycle from prospect research

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required.
• 4 years of non-profit or Development Administration, Project Management, Healthcare Administration, or equivalent experience.
• 2 years of demonstrated project management and relationship-building.
• Experience with project management methodologies and software.
• Experience in managing projects in a complex, matrixed environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain an annual institutional fundraising plan with revenue goals and stewardship strategies.
• Coordinate grant proposals, LOIs, budgets, and impact reports.
• Support cultivation, solicitation, and stewardship of institutional relations.
• Conduct prospect research and strategic analyses to prioritize opportunities.
• Ensure compliance with grant requirements and reporting obligations, and track deliverables.
