Job summary

Swedish Jobs is looking for a Project Manager, Institutional Giving to oversee the operational success of the institutional fundraising program, coordinating foundation, corporate, and select government opportunities.

In this role you will partner with development officers, grant writers, clinicians and administrators to manage prospect research, proposal development, submissions, stewardship, and reporting across Swedish and Providence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field.
• 4 years of non-profit or development administration, project management, healthcare administration, or equivalent experience.
• 2 years of demonstrated project management skills and ability to build relationships.
• Experience with project management methodologies and software.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage an annual institutional fundraising plan with goals and stewardship strategies.
• Coordinate grant proposals, budgets, outcomes data, and reporting for funders.
• Support cultivation, solicitation, and stewardship activities to strengthen relationships.
• Conduct prospect research and strategic analysis to identify funding opportunities.
• Ensure compliance with funder requirements and manage reporting deliverables.
