Job summary

Providence Swedish is seeking a Project Manager, Institutional Giving to lead the operational success of the program across foundation, corporate, and select government funding opportunities. You will coordinate with development officers, grant writers, clinicians, and leadership to manage proposals, submissions, and reporting.

This role covers the full lifecycle from prospect research to renewal, ensuring funder requirements are met, data tracked in CRM, and relationships cultivated to sustain

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 4+ years in nonprofit, development, or healthcare administration.
• 2+ years of project management and cross-functional collaboration.
• Experience with PM methodologies and software; matrixed environments.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain an annual institutional fundraising plan with goals and stewardship.
• Manage workflows to ensure timely proposals, reports, renewals, and donor engagement.
• Coordinate grants, budgets, and impact reports with program and finance teams.
• Monitor compliance with funder requirements and reporting schedules.
• Provide reporting dashboards and insights on fundraising performance.
