UMB Financial Corporation's Institutional Custody team is seeking a Custody Operations Specialist to support large institutional clients, global and domestic. You will process complex cash and securities transactions, input market values, and assist with new accounts and fee setups.

You will work closely with Custody Administrators and internal teams to ensure accurate processing, timely documentation, and audit support.

Qualifikationen

• Associates Degree or 1 year of experience in the financial services industry.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent customer service and teamwork skills.
• Basic computer systems proficiency for transaction entry.

Aufgaben

• Process client requests and input cash and security transactions.
• Set up new accounts and fees, and handle documentation and audit requests.
• Collaborate with Custody Administrators to deliver high-level client service.
• Support large institutional clients, global and domestic, with accurate processing.
