Qualifications

• Detail-oriented and accurate with the ability to handle a fast-paced environment.
• Two or more years of relevant experience required.

Responsibilities

• Manage money market transactions from issuance through settlement and maturity.
• Process and release outgoing proceeds via wire transactions.
• Monitor incoming funds and ensure funding for maturing assets.
• Support 40–50 transactions per day in a fast-paced processing environment.
• Communicate with clients and financial institutions for additional information or funds as needed.
• Collaborate with paying agent, transfer agent teams, client managers, and leadership to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
