Job summary

UMB Bank is seeking a Corporate Actions Analyst to support its Shared Services Regulatory team within Corporate Trust and Institutional Custody. You will process corporate actions for foreign and domestic holdings, identify system issues, and assist with system upgrades and testing in a fast-paced environment.

Qualified candidates have a college degree and at least two years of financial services experience, including securities processing.

• Securities processing experience.
• Equivalent combination of education and experience accepted.

Responsibilities

• Process mandatory and voluntary corporate action notifications, elections, and payments for both foreign and domestic holdings.
• Identify system issues or defects and document to the appropriate support group.
• Assist in testing of system upgrades or new systems implementations.
