UMB Bank is seeking a Corporate Actions Analyst to support the Shared Services Regulatory team within Corporate Trust and Institutional Custody. You will process corporate actions for foreign and domestic holdings and collaborate with internal partners to address issues and support system upgrades.

Ideal candidates have a college degree, at least two years of financial services experience, and securities processing expertise.

• Requires a college degree.
• At least two years of financial services experience.
• Securities processing experience preferred.
• Equivalent combination of education and experience considered.

Responsabilités

• Process mandatory and voluntary corporate action notifications, elections, and payments for foreign and domestic holdings.
• Identify system issues or defects and document them for the support group.
• Assist during testing of system upgrades or new implementations with clear communication.
