The ideal candidate will have 2+ years of related experience, a Bachelor's degree, and proficiency in custody systems and Microsoft Office. This role is based at a U.S.

Qualifications

• Two years or more of related experience.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Knowledge of custody operational functions, systems and procedures.
• Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment.
• Analytical, problem-solving, organizational and communication skills.
• Understanding of regulatory and accounting principles affecting WCIB.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel.

Responsibilities

• Support trading and processing across mutual funds and related areas.
• Oversee WCIB client accounts and products for various purposes.
• Provide technical, industry, process and troubleshooting support.
• Deliver high level customer service and manage risk in the control environment.
• Handle day-to-day processing, with potential supervisory responsibilities.
