Job summary

Fifth Third Bank seeks an IS Client Service Manager to oversee and own service for assigned institutional clients, ensuring retention, loyalty, and high satisfaction. You will collaborate with FTIS Relationship Managers, manage client documents and account operations, and uphold regulatory guidelines, while promoting Fifth Third’s institutional services.

You will build client relationships, resolve issues, and contribute to risk management while ensuring timely testing and filings for retirement

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• Three years’ work experience in financial services.
• Strong interpersonal, oral and written communication skills.
• Problem solving and analytical skills; solid organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide client service for assigned institutional clients to drive retention and loyalty.
• Maintain regular communication with FTIS Relationship Managers and clients.
• Assist with fee revenue/profitability review and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Utilize CRM to record interactions and support client meetings and problem resolution.
• Support with onboarding, testing, and annual administrative reviews for client accounts.
