Responsibilities

• Fully understand client expectations to exceed service levels.
• May act as lead role during supervision gaps.
• Verify and approve daily processing within custody team.
• Lead or assist with special projects and process improvements.
• Resolve client issues promptly and communicate results.
• Train/mentor new team members in custody functions.
• Serve as primary contact for assigned custody relationships and reconcile activities.
