Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, finance, accounting or related field or equivalent work experience.
• Proven excellent customer service skills and service orientation.
• Strong written and verbal communication with internal and external clients.
• Experience in environments with individual accountability and team performance.
• Excellent interpersonal/relationship skills and stakeholder management.
• Ability to manage multiple client accounts and projects with varying priorities.

Responsibilities

• Fully understand client expectations and operating requirements to exceed service levels.
• Verify and approve daily processing activities within the custody team.
• Assist with special projects and provide backup to supervisors as needed.
• Train/mentor new team members in Global Custody Administrator functions.
• Serve as primary contact for assigned custody accounts and resolve issues promptly.
• Collaborate with Securities Lending and Investment teams on global activity.
