Responsibilities

• Provide daily administrative support to registered representatives and clients.
• Guide banking center partners as requested.
• Handle account maintenance and trading-related operations.
• Ensure timely and accurate execution of trading transactions and proper documentation.
• Educate and coach partners on market conditions, products, and compliance.
• Support multiple representatives with large books of business.
• Onboard Investment Executives/Wealth Management Advisors as requested.
