Job summary

T. Rowe Price is seeking an experienced Client Relationship Manager to oversee a large 529 client relationship, ensuring satisfaction, timely responses, and risk mitigation. You will coordinate across client service, investments, marketing, and operations.

The role requires 8+ years of experience, FINRA Series 7 and 63 licenses, and a hybrid work arrangement with up to one day per week from home. Base salary ranges from $99,000 to $178,000 depending on location and experience.

Responsibilities

• Ensures continued client satisfaction and retention and that overall client needs are met.
• Promotes and educates on services and offerings to assigned client based on understanding of clients' objectives.
• Directly manages highly complex client projects and oversees the successful execution of client initiatives.
• Develop and executes client service strategy for relationships assigned and ensures successful client relationship performance.
• Serves as an expert on best practices, regulatory requirements, and industry trends.
