Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent with 5+ years of relevant experience.
• Solid knowledge of financial analysis and reporting techniques.
• Proven ability to develop budgets and coordinate multiple projects.
• In-depth knowledge of extramural contract and grant requirements and regulations.
• Strong organizational, negotiation, and decision-making skills.
• Experience with university policies governing administration of contracts and grants.

Responsibilities

• Develop multi-year operating plans and budgets.
• Oversee administrative functions and service standards.
• Prepare budgets, dashboards, and operating updates for governance.
• Coordinate cross-school administrative agreements across multiple units.
• Support research, training, and shared-resource programs with clear ownership and costing.
• Lead workforce planning, recruitment operations, and onboarding.
