Job summary

The Ballmer Institute for Children's Behavioral Health at the University of Oregon seeks an Office Specialist 2 to support reception, calendar, and front desk operations on the Portland campus.

Reporting to the Executive Assistant, you will coordinate administrative tasks, assist with scheduling travel, manage front desk activities, and provide essential support for the Community Advisory Board and university visitors.

Qualifications

  • Two years of general clerical experience; typing or document generation preferred.
  • Associate or Certificate in Office Occupations or Office Technology with related experience.
  • College courses in Office Occupations/Technology may substitute for experience on a year-for-year basis.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee operations of the Ballmer Institute Reception Desk with high-level customer service.
  • Provide administrative coordination, manage timelines, and see assignments through to completion.
  • Support institute leaders with scheduling and travel; manage front desk area; assist Community Advisory Board.
