Job summary

Nurtur Aveda is seeking an Institute Director to provide strategic leadership, operational excellence, and a clear growth vision for our beauty and wellness education campus. You will drive profitability, nurture teamwork, and ensure alignment with accreditation and state requirements.

The role demands strong leadership, program oversight, and the ability to develop people and processes across the institute. Flexible scheduling and local travel may be required to support events and trainings.

Qualifications

• 5-7 years of proven management experience, preferably in an education setting.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage campus operations with a focus on teamwork, culture, and leadership development.
• Ensure compliance with state board regulations, NACCAS standards, and DOE requirements.
• Develop strategies to improve business performance, including services, retail, tuition, and student/staff retention.
• Oversee budgeting, financial planning, and resource allocation.
• Recruit, onboard, and develop staff; conduct regular team meetings and performance reviews.
