Job summary

Nurtur Aveda Fredric's Institute is seeking a Student Salon + Spa Manager to lead the student salon and spa at our institute. You will guide daily operations, mentor future beauty professionals, and create exceptional experiences for guests, students, and staff.

Responsibilities include managing guest care, driving service/retail sales, coaching teams, and coordinating events while maintaining a fast-paced, professional environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years' retail or customer service experience in a salon or spa
• Experience supervising and training staff preferred
• Ability to work at a fast pace and handle multiple tasks

Responsibilities

• Lead daily salon and spa operations and mentor students
• Schedule Guest Care team to ensure adequate coverage
• Interview, hire, and train Guest Care team
• Drive sales for service and retail
• Manage inventory and appointment book
• Partner with Education Manager for coaching students and staff
• Coordinate events and guest experiences at the institute
