We are seeking a Director with a successful track record in leading a team of individuals with diverse talents—someone who sees the big picture yet ensures all the pieces come together in a manner that provides success for individuals and the business—someone who has an unrelenting focus on quality and customer service.

Specific experience in the beauty or education field is not required. Experience in a high‑energy, fast‑paced environment is highly desirable.

Responsibilities
  • Supervise day‑to‑day operations to grow the business profitably
  • Develop budget and manage expenses within fiscal guidelines
  • Direct operational systems, processes, and policies to achieve the company's mission, goals, and objectives
  • Actively manage the employee team and managers, including admissions, education, records, financial, and retail
  • Implement revenue growth and improvement strategies in the revenue‑generating departments through active involvement with staff
  • Ensure unparalleled customer service through modeling and by setting expectations that meet the unique needs of all customers—internal and external
  • Foster an environment of respect with adherence to the organization’s core values of quality, integrity and ownership‑thinking
  • Ensure the cleanliness and maintenance of the physical property through inspections and preventative maintenance programs
  • Ensure compliance with Federal, State, and local regulations
  • Travel domestically on occasion, requiring an overnight stay or consecutive overnight stays
Supervisory Responsibilities

Five to seven direct reports managing 20+ total employees.
