Job summary

EagleBank is seeking an Instant Payments Specialist to manage day-to-day operations of real-time payment rails including Zelle, RTP, and FedNow. You will handle escalations, ensure compliance, and collaborate with Fraud and Risk to maintain strong payment controls.

The role requires hands-on experience with instant payments in banking and the ability to mentor a team while supporting the Money Movement Hub initiative.

Qualifications

• 2 years of experience in bank payment operations, including real-time or instant payment rails (Zelle, RTP, FedNow).
• Strong knowledge of payment rules, settlement mechanics, and exception processing.
• Understanding of Regulation E, OFAC, BSA/AML, and payment fraud controls.

Responsibilities

• Owns day-to-day operations across Zelle, RTP, FedNow and related rails.
• Leads exception handling, escalations, and real-time payment controls with Fraud and Risk.
• Mentors the team and supports build-out of the Money Movement Hub capabilities.
