Join us as an Installer / Production Specialist at FASTSIGNS

FASTSIGNS #69908 is hiring for an Installer to join our team! As an Installer, you'll play a key role in installing signs and graphics in various environments—on walls, vehicles, ceilings, or on the ground. You'll use a variety of tools to assemble, erect, and hang items both indoors and outdoors. Comfort with heights and physical activity is essential, as most days involve moving, lifting, and building for sign installations.

Responsibilities

• Manage offsite sign and print media installations
• Assess environments for installation needs and techniques
• Verify measurements and review job requirements
• Work independently or with team members
• Prepare substrates for vinyl application, including cutting, painting, laminating, and cleaning
• Weed excess vinyl from digital images
• Operate and maintain printers
• Ensure quality through pre- and post-production checks
• Perform finishing operations like laminating and mounting
• Report inventory levels and reorder stock
• Maintain storage areas

Qualifications

• Clean driving record
• Must be 18 years or older
• 1-2 years experience in sign production; installation experience preferred
• Proficiency with hand tools and safety practices
• Basic carpentry, electrical, or welding skills are a plus
• Experience with scissor lifts and bucket trucks is preferred
• Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work at heights
• Good physical stamina and manual dexterity
• Experience with Adobe Illustrator is a plus
• Ability to prioritize, multitask, and work autonomously
