About Us: Laclede Inc. is a leading contract manufacturer of private label and custom formulations, based in Southern California. Our research has developed the leading teeth whitening gel and dry mouth products globally.

We are looking for multiple, Full-Time & Part-Time Packaging Line Workers for our Packaging and Assembly Department. As a Packaging Line Worker, you will directly impact customer satisfaction and be part of a team preparing products for distribution. You will work with our Packaging Manager, Leads, and Production Manager to ensure batches are packaged on time, according to SOPs and GMP guidelines, and sent to the warehouse for distribution.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities:

• Packing personal hygiene and oral health care products in full and sample sizes
• Selecting correct components to assemble products accurately
• Collating products, boxing, filling, and palletizing
• Double-checking products for accuracy per QC/QA processes
• Increasing operational efficiency and reducing waste through teamwork and communication
• Meeting productivity targets set by management
• Maintaining compliance with FDA, GMP, and SOP standards in the work area
• Documenting inventory usage per regulatory and company standards
• Following hygiene, safety, and PPE protocols
• Performing additional duties as assigned by management

Required Skills:

• High School Diploma or Equivalent
• Experience in product packaging is helpful but not required
• Ability to work well in a team and in a fast-paced environment
• Flexibility with work assignments
• Attention to detail and ability to follow precise instructions
• Ability to operate under GMP/SOP guidelines
• Ability to lift weights exceeding 35 pounds
• Ability to stand, bend, and perform repetitive movements during shifts

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Starting at $17.21 per hour
