Pay Rate: $17/hr. Plus GREAT BENEFITS!

Essential Job Duties

Full Service

• Receive labels from the supervisor for parts to be pulled.
• Pull and retrieve parts from vehicles in the yard.
• Inspect parts and notify the supervisor of any damage.
• Stage parts for delivery drivers.
• Operate a forklift or order selector to transport parts in the warehouse.
• Sort and place parts and supplies on racks, shelves, or in bins.
• Respond to customer counter sales by receiving orders, pulling products, and loading them into vehicles.
• Verify in-stock positions on products for inside sales staff.
• Classify returns and prepare forms for inventory adjustments.
• Check in defective parts and enter them into the computer system for vendor return.
• Sign off on deleted tickets, explaining reasons.
• Load trucks according to schedule and perform final checks.
• Stage wheel cores for return to remanufacturing.
• Maintain orderliness and cleanliness of work areas.
• Support continuous improvement of quality systems.

Self Service

• Operate forklifts or loaders to move cars from processing to yard.
• Clean debris from cars before processing.
• Pull batteries for testing and resale, and bring charged batteries to retail.
• Assist in staging or pulling cars with the Loader Operator.
• Walk the yard and remove debris from cars.
• Dismantle tires.
• Maintain safety and OSHA/EPA compliance, wear PPE, and follow policies.

Supervisory Responsibilities

Not responsible for supervising employees.

Minimum Requirements

Education & Experience

0+ years of experience, with on-the-job training for full service roles.

Preferred Requirements

High School Diploma/GED; forklift certification beneficial.

Knowledge/Skills/Abilities

Basic math, computer skills, clear communication, problem-solving through instructions, following procedures, and guidance from supervisors.

Physical Demands & Work Environment

Includes standing, walking, lifting up to 75 pounds, working in cramped spaces, exposure to temperatures, noise, and hazardous conditions. Travel may be required.
