FASTSIGNS #69908 is hiring for a full-time Sign Production Specialist to join our team!

Ideal Qualifications for FASTSIGNS Sign Production Specialist:

1. 1-2 years of experience in sign production. Experience in install preferred
2. High school diploma or equivalent
3. Ability to stand for long periods of time (4 hours or more)
4. Ability to lift 50 or more pounds
5. Flexibility to lean over a waist-high table and use back and forth hand motion to apply vinyl letters and graphics to a substrate
6. Ability to work under pressure to output high volume, high-quality work
7. Ability to use light power equipment
8. Experience in Adobe Illustrator preferred
9. Ability to prioritize jobs, multi-task, and work autonomously
10. Clean driving record
11. Proficiently uses hand and power tools

A Successful FASTSIGNS Sign Production Specialist Will:

1. Create computer-generated full-color graphics and/or vinyl output that can be printed and mounted to a substrate or weeded, cut and applied
2. Complete or modify designs from customer drawings, files, or exact output of customer-provided design for output to media
3. Maintain customer logo library; convert graphic files
4. Follow a layout to place computer-cut vinyl or full-color graphic image(s) on a predetermined substrate or medium
5. Prepare substrates for vinyl application to include cutting, painting, laminating, cleaning, etc
6. Weed excess vinyl from computer-cut images. Weeding techniques vary with size, type of vinyl, and complexity of images
7. Operate and maintain printer(s)
8. Perform quality assurance measures pre- and post-production by accurately reading and interpreting a Work Order and then proofing for errors or unacceptable standards
9. Perform finishing operations such as laminating and/or mounting of printed pieces
10. Report inventory levels and stock to be reordered to the center manager/production manager or franchisee.
11. Clean and maintain storage areas
12. Offsite sign and print media installations
