Job summary

Closets by Design is seeking an Installer Apprentice/Woodworking Shop Assistant to help install our custom closet systems with safety and quality as priorities. You will also assist in the woodworking shop as needed and communicate clearly with clients to ensure satisfaction.

The role emphasizes safe vehicle operation, professional conduct, and accuracy in installations, with a Monday–Friday schedule and overtime opportunities. Training is provided and progression to lead is possible.

Qualifications

• Possess and maintain a valid driver's license.
• Closet/garage/office installation experience preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist Installers with product installation in a safe, high quality, productive and profitable fashion.
• Assist in woodworking shop on an as-needed basis.
• Communicate with clients in a friendly, professional manner and operate company vehicle safely.

This position will assist Installers with installation of products in a safe, high quality, productive, and profitable fashion. This position will also assist in the woodworking shop on an as needed basis. We are looking for someone that has a commitment to client satisfaction by communicating what is necessary in a genuinely friendly and professional fashion. Operate company vehicle, tools, etc. in a safe manner.

Requirements
