Job summary

Closets by Design is seeking a Carpentry Install Assistant in Virginia Beach to support Installers with professional, safe and efficient installations of custom closets and home organization systems. You will communicate with clients to ensure satisfaction and follow safety and quality standards.

Benefits include paid training, opportunities for advancement, and a Monday–Friday schedule with no weekends. Tools are provided and the work environment emphasizes safety and client service.

Qualifications

• Possess and maintain current driver’s license and a good driving record.
• Closet, garage, or office installation experience preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong personal organization skills.

Must demonstrate a commitment to client satisfaction by communicating what is necessary in a genuinely friendly and professional fashion., and operate company vehicle, tools, etc. in a safe manner.
