HomeTeam Pest Defense in West Columbia, SC seeks an Installer to install the Taexx pest control system in new homes, complete treatments, and provide exceptional service to homeowners on a scheduled route. The role requires a valid driver''s license and the ability to obtain licensing; training is provided.

Employees maintain a professional appearance, work with builders and managers, and may work Saturdays to meet timelines. A comprehensive benefits package and growth opportunities are offered.

Qualifications

• No experience required - training will be provided.
• Must be 18 years or older with a high school diploma or GED
• Must have a valid driver''s license
• Ability to obtain termite technician or pest control licensing (company paid)

Responsibilities

• Follow a daily schedule, ensuring timely arrival at each job site
• Install the Taexx System in new homes and buildings within scheduled route
• Perform termite treatment services and interact with homebuilders, sub-contractors and field managers to meet deadlines
• Submit legible, clear and accurate service tickets to office personnel
• Provide exceptional customer service to homeowners every day as you work your route
• Present a professional, tidy appearance, including your company truck, equipment, and uniform
• Maintain your pest control license and keep your knowledge sharp by attending pest control seminars regularly
• Stay motivated and focused while you work independently
• Must be able to work Saturdays to complete installs according to builder home completion timelines as needed

Qualifications
