HomeTeam in Bluffton, SC is hiring a HomeTeam Installer. Follow a daily schedule, install the Taexx System in new homes, and perform termite treatment while building strong relationships with homebuilders and field managers.

No experience required; training provided. Must be 18+, have a HS diploma/GED, a valid driver's license, and the ability to obtain termite/pest control licensing. Enjoy a friendly work environment with competitive pay and benefits.

• Ability to obtain termite technician or pest control licensing (company paid).

Responsibilities

• Follow a daily schedule, ensuring timely arrival at each job site.
• Install the Taexx System in new homes and buildings within scheduled route.
• Perform termite treatment services and interact with homebuilders, sub-contractors and field managers to meet deadlines.
• Submit legible, clear and accurate service tickets to office personnel.
• Provide exceptional customer service to homeowners every day as you work your route.
• Present a professional, tidy appearance, including your company truck, equipment, and uniform.
• Maintain your pest control license and keep knowledge sharp by attending pest control seminars regularly.
• Stay motivated and focused while you work independently.
• Must be able to work Saturdays to complete installs according to builder home completion timelines as needed.
