HomeTeam in Florida is hiring entry-level pest control technicians to install Taexx systems in new homes, perform termite services, and service homeowners along a defined route. Training is provided, and you’ll build skills in licensed pest control practices while representing a leading industry provider.

Hours include Saturdays when needed; a valid driver’s license and a high school diploma are required. The role offers competitive pay and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• No experience required; training will be provided.
• Must be 18+ with a high school diploma or GED.
• Must have a valid driver's license.
• Ability to obtain termite technician or pest control licensing (company paid).

Responsibilities

• Follow a daily schedule and arrive on time at job sites.
• Install the Taexx System in new homes and buildings along the scheduled route.
• Perform termite treatment services and coordinate with builders and field managers to meet deadlines.
• Submit legible, clear service tickets to office personnel.
• Provide exceptional customer service to homeowners on your route.
• Present a professional, tidy appearance including your company truck, equipment, and uniform.
• Keep pest control license current and attend pest control seminars regularly.
• Stay motivated and work independently; Saturdays may be required to meet timelines.

• Perform termite treatment services and interact with homebuilders, sub-contractors and field managers to meet deadlines
• Responsible for submitting legible, clear and accurate service tickets to office personnel
• Provide exceptional customer service to homeowners every day as you work your route
• Present a professional, tidy appearance, including your company truck, equipment, and uniform
• Maintain your pest control license and keep your knowledge sharp by attending pest control seminars regularly
• Stay motivated and focused while you work independently
• Must be able to work Saturdays to complete installs according to builder home completion timelines as needed
