Job summary

HomeTeam is seeking an Installer to follow a daily route, install the Taexx System in new homes, and perform termite treatments while coordinating with builders and field managers. You will submit service tickets, present a professional appearance, and maintain licensing through ongoing seminars.

No experience is required as training is provided; candidates must be 18+ with a GED/high school diploma and a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver’s license
• Ability to obtain termite technician or pest control licensing (company paid)

Responsibilities

• Follow a daily schedule, ensuring timely arrival at each job site
• Install the Taexx System in new homes and buildings within scheduled route
• Perform termite treatment services and interact with homebuilders, sub-contractors and field managers to meet deadlines
• Submit legible, clear and accurate service tickets to office personnel
• Provide exceptional customer service to homeowners every day as you work your route
• Present a professional, tidy appearance, including your company truck, equipment, and uniform
• Maintain your pest control license and keep your knowledge sharp by attending pest control seminars regularly
• Stay motivated and focused while you work independently
• Must be able to work Saturdays to complete installs according to builder home completion timelines as needed
