Job summary

HomeTeam Pest Defense is hiring an Installer to service residential properties across a scheduled route. You will install the Taexx System, perform termite treatments, and coordinate with builders and managers to meet deadlines. A professional appearance and ongoing license maintenance are required.

No prior experience is needed; company training is provided, and a valid driver’s license is required. This is a field role with potential for advancement and company support for licensing and growth.

Qualifications

• No experience required; training provided.
• Must be 18+ with a high school diploma or GED.
• Must have a valid driver's license.
• Ability to obtain termite technician license (company paid).

Responsibilities

• Follow a daily schedule, ensuring timely arrival at each job site.
• Install the Taexx System in new homes and buildings within scheduled route.
• Perform termite treatment services and interact with homebuilders, sub-contractors and field managers to meet deadlines.
• Submit legible, clear and accurate service tickets to office personnel.
• Provide exceptional customer service to homeowners every day as you work your route.
• Present a professional, tidy appearance, including your company truck, equipment, and uniform.
• Maintain your pest control license and attend pest control seminars regularly to keep knowledge current.
• Stay motivated and focused while you work independently.
• Must be able to work Saturdays to complete installs according to builder schedules.

Qualifications

Minimum Requirements:

• No experience required – training will be provided!
• Must be 18 years or older with a high school diploma or GED
