Job summary

HomeTeam Pest Defense, Inc. is seeking a HomeTeam Installer to join our team in Lexington, KY. You will follow a daily schedule, install the Taexx System in new homes, perform termite treatments, and ensure timely service tickets and professional appearance.

Training is provided; licensing support is offered. This role requires 18+ with a high school diploma or GED, a valid driver’s license, and Saturday availability for installs as needed.

Qualifications

• No experience required; training will be provided.
• Must be 18 years or older with a high school diploma or GED.
• Must have a valid driver's license.
• Ability to obtain termite technician or pest control licensing (company paid).

Responsibilities

• Follow a daily schedule, ensuring timely arrival at each job site.
• Install the Taexx System in new homes and buildings within scheduled route.
• Perform termite treatment services and interact with homebuilders, sub-contractors and field managers to meet deadlines.
• Submit legible, clear and accurate service tickets to office personnel.
• Provide exceptional customer service to homeowners every day as you work your route.
• Present a professional, tidy appearance, including your company truck, equipment, and uniform.
• Maintain your pest control license and keep your knowledge sharp by attending pest control seminars regularly.
• Stay motivated and focused while you work independently.
• Must be able to work Saturdays to complete installs according to builder home completion timelines as needed.
