Job summary

HomeTeam is seeking a dedicated installer to service residential properties in the Sarasota, FL area. You will install Taexx integrated pest control systems within new homes, perform termite treatments, and coordinate with builders and field managers to ensure timely project completion.

A professional appearance and exceptional customer service are essential as you work a defined route. No prior experience is required; training is provided.

Qualifications

• No experience required; training will be provided.
• Must be 18 years or older with a high school diploma or GED.
• Must have a valid driver's license.
• Ability to obtain termite licensing (company paid).

Responsibilities

• Follow a daily schedule and arrive on time at each job site.
• Install Taexx System in new homes and buildings within scheduled route.
• Perform termite treatment services and coordinate with builders, subcontractors, and field managers to meet deadlines.
• Submit legible, clear service tickets to office personnel.
• Provide exceptional customer service to homeowners on your route.
• Present a professional appearance including company truck, equipment, and uniform.
• Maintain pest control license and attend pest control seminars regularly.
• Stay motivated and work independently.
• May require working Saturdays to meet builder completion timelines.

• Provide exceptional customer service to homeowners every day as you work your route
• Present a professional, tidy appearance, including your company truck, equipment, and uniform
• Maintain your pest control license and keep your knowledge sharp by attending pest control seminars regularly
• Stay motivated and focused while you work independently
• Must be able to work Saturdays to complete installs according to builder home completion timelines as needed

Qualifications
