Job summary

HomeTeam is seeking an Installer in Bluffton, SC to follow daily schedules, install the Taexx System in new homes, and perform termite treatments while coordinating with builders and field managers. The role requires independence, a valid driver’s license, and a willingness to obtain termite licensing with company support.

Qualifications

• No experience required; training will be provided.
• Must be 18 years or older with a high school diploma or GED.
• Must have a valid driver's license.
• Ability to obtain termite technician or pest control licensing (company paid).

Responsibilities

• Follow a daily schedule, ensuring timely arrival at each job site.
• Install the Taexx System in new homes and buildings within scheduled route.
• Perform termite treatment services and interact with homebuilders, sub-contractors and field managers to meet deadlines.
• Submit legible, clear and accurate service tickets to office personnel.
• Provide exceptional customer service to homeowners every day as you work your route.
• Present a professional, tidy appearance, including your company truck, equipment, and uniform.
• Maintain your pest control license and keep your knowledge sharp by attending pest control seminars regularly.
• Stay motivated and focused while you work independently.
• Must be able to work Saturdays to complete installs according to builder home completion timelines as needed.

Qualifications
