HomeTeam in Ruskin, FL is hiring for a route-based pest control installer. You will follow a daily schedule, install the Taexx System in new homes and buildings, perform termite treatment services, and collaborate with homebuilders, subcontractors and field managers to meet deadlines.

You’ll submit clear service tickets and provide exceptional customer service to homeowners, while presenting a professional appearance. No experience is required—training is provided.

Qualifications

• No experience required; training provided.
• Must be 18 years or older with a high school diploma or GED.
• Must have a valid driver’s license.
• Ability to obtain termite technician or pest control licensing (company-paid).

Responsibilities

• Follow a daily schedule, ensuring timely arrival at each job site.
• Install the Taexx System in new homes and buildings within scheduled route.
• Perform termite treatment services and collaborate with homebuilders, subcontractors and field managers to meet deadlines.
• Submit legible, clear and accurate service tickets to office personnel.
• Provide exceptional customer service to homeowners every day as you work your route.
• Present a professional, tidy appearance, including your company truck, equipment, and uniform.
• Maintain your pest control license and keep knowledge sharp by attending pest control seminars.
• Stay motivated and focused while working independently.
• Be available to work Saturdays as needed to complete installs according to builder home completion timelines.
