HomeTeam is hiring in North Carolina for a technician role focused on pest control services. You will install the Taexx system in new homes, perform termite treatments, and maintain certifications while delivering excellent customer service on your route.

An emphasis is placed on safety, professional appearance, and the ability to work Saturdays as needed. Training is provided and a company car with benefits accompany the role.

Qualifications

• No experience required – training provided.
• Must be 18+ with a high school diploma or GED.
• Must have a valid driver’s license.
• Ability to obtain termite technician or pest control licensing (company paid).

Responsibilities

• Follow a daily schedule and arrive on each job site on time.
• Install the Taexx System in new homes and buildings within the scheduled route.
• Perform termite treatment services and coordinate with builders, subcontractors and field managers to meet deadlines.
• Submit legible, clear and accurate service tickets to office personnel.
• Provide exceptional customer service to homeowners on the route.
• Present a professional, tidy appearance including the company truck, equipment and uniform.
• Maintain your pest control license and stay current by attending pest control seminars.
• Stay motivated and work independently.
• Occasionally work Saturdays to complete installs according to builder timelines.
