Job summary

HomeTeam, a Rollins, Inc. subsidiary, is hiring for field service technicians to install the Taexx built-in pest control system in new homes and buildings. No prior experience is required; training is provided and licensure can be obtained with company support.

You will service routes, interact with homebuilders and managers, and maintain a professional appearance with company equipment. Competitive hourly pay and a comprehensive benefits package accompany the role.

Qualifications

• No experience required; training will be provided.
• Must be 18 years or older with a high school diploma or GED.
• Must have a valid driver's license.
• Ability to obtain termite technician or pest control licensing (company paid).

Responsibilities

Responsibilities

• Follow a daily schedule, ensuring timely arrival at each job site
• Install the Taexx System in new homes and buildings within scheduled route
• Perform termite treatment services and interact with homebuilders, sub-contractors and field managers to meet deadlines
• Responsible for submitting legible, clear and accurate service tickets to office personnel
• Provide exceptional customer service to homeowners every day as you work your route
• Present a professional, tidy appearance, including your company truck, equipment, and uniform
• Maintain your pest control license and keep your knowledge sharp by attending pest control seminars regularly
• Stay motivated and focused while you work independently
• Must be able to work Saturdays to complete installs according to builder home completion timelines as needed
