Job summary

HomeTeam, a subsidiary of Rollins, Inc., is seeking a Pest Control Technician in Las Vegas, Nevada. No prior experience is required as training will be provided. You will follow a daily schedule, install the Taexx system in new constructions, perform termite treatments, and deliver exceptional customer service.

Qualifications

• No experience required – training will be provided!
• Must be 18 years or older with a high school diploma or GED.
• Must have a valid driver's license.
• Ability to obtain termite technician or pest control licensing (company paid).

Responsibilities

• Follow a daily schedule, ensuring timely arrival at each job site.
• Install the Taexx System in new homes and buildings within scheduled route.
• Perform termite treatment services and interact with homebuilders and sub-contractors.
• Submit legible, clear, and accurate service tickets to office personnel.
• Provide exceptional customer service to homeowners.
• Maintain a professional appearance including company truck and uniform.
• Keep pest control license updated by attending seminars.
• Work independently while staying motivated.
• Must be able to work Saturdays as needed.

• Perform termite treatment services and interact with homebuilders, sub-contractors and field managers to meet deadlines
• Responsible for submitting legible, clear and accurate service tickets to office personnel
• Provide exceptional customer service to homeowners every day as you work your route
• Present a professional, tidy appearance, including your company truck, equipment, and uniform
• Maintain your pest control license and keep your knowledge sharp by attending pest control seminars regularly
• Stay motivated and focused while you work independently
• Must be able to work Saturdays to complete installs according to builder home completion timelines as needed
